A few quiet words on how we work, so there are no surprises. Please read them before you order — placing an order means you agree to them.

Made to order
Every bag is made by hand in the studio, in small numbers, once your order is placed. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting.
Every Sorelia bag is made to order by hand. Because of this, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Under EU consumer law, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Whether this exemption applies to your order is to be confirmed by the studio’s legal advisor.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include any tax shown at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Payment is taken securely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Shipping
Shipping rates and delivery times are confirmed at checkout, based on your address. Every bag is packed by hand and sent with tracking.
Orders sent outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and paid by you.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
We check every bag before it leaves the studio. If yours arrives faulty or damaged, write to us within 14 days of delivery at hello@sorelia.studio with a few photos, and we will make it right.
