Handmade in small batches

Every bag is made by hand in the studio, in small numbers. We will write to you when yours is on its way, with a link to follow it.

Where we send, and what it costs

The countries we post to are listed at checkout. Delivery is priced there, for the address you give and the parcel your order makes — we do not charge a flat fee and we do not estimate. If a price cannot be obtained for your address at that moment, checkout will tell you so rather than guess, and you are not charged.

• To a parcel lockerWhere lockers are offered for your country. You choose the locker at checkout and the carrier texts you the code that opens it.

The address you give us

Please check the address, and the locker if you choose one, before you pay — we send to what is given at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or a locker was not emptied in time, we will write to you; you are welcome to have it sent again, and the postage for the second attempt is yours.

Until the bag is delivered to you, or placed in the locker you chose and the code sent to you, it is at our risk rather than yours. If it is lost on the way, that is ours to put right.

Duties and taxes outside the EU

An order sent outside the European Union may be charged import duty or tax when it arrives. That is set by your own country and collected from you by the carrier or customs; it is not part of our price and does not come to us. What it will be, we cannot tell you — it depends on your country’s rules.

If a bag arrives damaged, or does not arrive

Write to hello@wearsorelia.com with your order number and, if it is damaged, a photograph or two. Do not wait: a bag that arrives faulty or damaged is our responsibility to put right, and we pay the cost of sending it back.

Changing your mind

Delivery is one thing; changing your mind is another. You have fourteen days from the day the bag reaches you, and the returns page sets out how.
