Every bag is packed by hand in the studio and sent with tracking. Here is what to expect between ordering and opening the box.
Made to order
Your bag is made once your order is placed. Please allow [x–y days — to confirm] before it leaves the studio. We will email you when it is on its way, with a link to follow it.
Rates and times
Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout, based on your address.

Duties and taxes
Orders sent outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and paid by you; they are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

If your bag arrives faulty or damaged, write to us within 14 days at hello@sorelia.studio with a few photos, and we will make it right.
